Julie is currently offering MELT workshops and classes on Zoom. All classes are recorded and are available to you if you are unable to make the live class or if you want to repeat the class.

INTRODUCTION TO MELT

NEXT 4 WEEK BEGINNER SERIES STARTS 2 MAY

Come to a MELT Beginner Series and experience changes in how your body looks and feels.  Learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to remain active, healthy, and pain-free for life.
This all-levels beginner series will use specialised soft rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy.  Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains and unwanted signs of aging.  Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, enhance athletic performance, and keep your whole body feeling great at any age.

The 1 hour classes run for 4 weeks and I am currently taking bookings for the next Beginner Series, which starts on 2nd May, 6-7pm in Winchester. To register your interest please email me at hello@indolore.co.uk

IN PERSON CLASSES

We are pleased to to announce that we now run an in-person class in Winchester.

MELT NEUROSTRENGTH CLASSES
FRIDAYS 11am – 1 hour

These classes are designed for those that are experienced MELTers. Using the MELT rollers, soft balls and bands, you’ll learn the benefits of MELT and MELT NeuroStrength. These specialised techniques provide you with a wider variety moves and included both standing and floor work.  These powerful techniques help support elite athletes in boosting their performance as well as deep stabilisation techniques for older adults looking to increase their longevity and whole-body function.

With continued practice, you’ll begin to notice the changes as your body finds greater alignment, balance and stability. You’ll activate your own core strength and stability, and rehydrate the connective tissues of your body for greater mobility and ease of motion.

ZOOM CLASSES

We currently run three Zoom classes a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday for those that have already undertaken a MELT introductory session.  Classes are recorded and made available for a limited time if you cannot make a class.

MELT ALL-LEVEL CLASSES

These classes are designed for all levels of MELTers. Using the MELT rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls, you’ll learn to identify where you have stuck stress in your body. With continued practice, you’ll begin to notice the changes as your body finds greater alignment and balance. You’ll activate your own core strength and stability, and rehydrate the connective tissues of your body for greater mobility and ease of motion.

MELT ADVANCED/PERFORMANCE CLASSES

The Advanced Class incorporates MELT Performance and moves at a faster pace.  It is designed for clients who are familiar with MELT language and are practicing MELT on a regular basis and want to take it to the next level with neurostrength moves. MELT Performance is the competitive edge you’ve been looking for. This game-changing methodology will transform your body from the inside out! Great for swing sports.

MELT WITH SPECIALITY FOCUS

Each week we run two 30 minutes classes that have a specialty focus using the MELT soft roller and the MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls.

what we charge

For all Zoom classes I charge £40 per four weeks which gives you access to all classes.  Either attend the live Zoom classes or watch the recorded classes at a time convenient to you if you can’t make the live class.
