MELT 5 week series introduction


Join me for a four-week series of MELT, where you will learn how to create immediate changes in how your body looks and feels. You will learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to remain active, healthy and pain free for life. The MELT method is a simple self-treatment that helps reduce chronic pain, improve alignment and posture, improves sleep and digestion, reduces tension, stress and aches and pains.


This all-level class series will use specialised soft body rollers and small MELT Hand & Foot treatment balls to stimulate the results of manual therapy. Relieve aches and pains bought on by aging and active living, reduce inflammation, ease chronic pain, improve alignment and learn how to keep your whole body working better.


Series is £75 for 5 one hour classes

plus a FREE large MELT Method soft ball so you can practise at home
