INTRODUCTION TO MELT

Come to a MELT Intro Workshop and experience changes in how your body looks and feels.  Learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to remain active, healthy, and pain-free for life.
This all-levels workshop will use specialised soft rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy.  Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains and unwanted signs of aging.  Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, enhance athletic performance, and keep your whole body feeling great at any age.

Wednesday 7-8 pm

MELT ADVANCED ZOOM CLASSES

The Advanced Class incorporates MELT Performance and moves at a faster pace.  It is designed for clients who are familiar with MELT language and are practicing MELT on a regular basis and want to take it to the next level with neurostrength moves. MELT Performance is the competitive edge you’ve been looking for. This game-changing methodology will transform your body from the inside out!

Thursday 1-1:30pm

MELT FOR HIP PAIN – ALL-LEVELS ZOOM CLASSES

This 30 minute MELT map will restore stability and mobility to the hips, rehydrate joints and establish better core control. Particularly good for any type of hip pain whether caused by repetitive stress or an inflammatory issue like arthritis, tendinitis or bursitis.
You will need a large soft ball and full roller for this class.

Saturday 9:30-10am

MELT DEEP BREATH DESTRESS – ALL-LEVELS ZOOM CLASSES

A special 30 minute class to start your weekend. Designed to calm, paying attention to chest tension to boost breathwork and overall alignment. A good map for starting off your day.
You will need a large soft ball and full roller for this class

what we charge

For all Zoom classes I charge £40 per four weeks which gives you access to all classes.  Either attend the live Zoom classes or watch the recorded classes at a time convenient to you if you can’t make the live class.
